    This is for real! I have just been informed by my Boss to come up with a plan (POC) if we should migrate/upgrade the environment to ESXi 4.1. Thanks for this info and you’re throughlyvExpert!!

    Yes ESXi all the way! ESX is phasing out pretty soon…
    Consider USB keys as well in your POC 🙂
